The right Torque? + Gear oil

I bought every tool i need to remove my tanny, but what i want to know is what should i have torqued? because im sure everything i need to remove to get my tanny out doesn't have to be torqued back on. Im just trying to make sure i do a job right, i put to much money into this to mess something up because of something little that could have been avoided.

I didn't want to make another thread about this but i cant find any redline gear oil for my tranny in any local parts store, Where should i look? Whats the best gear oil i can get? money isn't a problem here. everywhere i go i only see GL-5 and i know my tranny needs fully GL-4 because i hear GL-5 messes up the syncros.

Thanks Guys

Not all gl5's are bad for the tranny. Only the ones that use sulphur to get to that rating. Like Mobil 1

Care to back that up? I've been using motul 75w80 for about 2years now with no problems. My mechanic has used it in his spec_v race car for even longer than that.
And its gl5
