when you accelerate the noise goes away, when i let go of the gas it makes the noise, and it gets super loud when braking and coming to a full stop

A bad wheel bearing usually gets louder the faster you go and it sounds like a plane taking off when it is really dead.

It's not your wheel bearing. Bearing is a howl which gets louder with increased speed.

Let me clarify.

I'm not saying that I guarantee 100% that it's not your bearing.

What I'm saying is that based on your description of the noise, and situations in which it is present - compared to NORMAL bearing noises, it doesn't seem to be the case.

So you checked all the pads to make sure there is no cracks or worn down, and what kind of pads are you using, had this happen before but it was the pads...

What kind of wheels do you have?

Not having hubcentric rings is something you'll feel rather than hear.

How about you post a vid already?

So you dont have your center cap? It still shouldnt allow dirt and grime to get past the guard in front of the bearings but it could have I guess...
