Help with Coilover noise

Before you guys start flaming me, Yes I did search before making this thread, but only managed to find one other person that had the same noise, but no solution.

The noise I'm getting is a like a metal on metal rubbing / scraping from the right rear, it only happens on dips or if someone is in the back seat. The car isn't low enough to be bottoming out and I checked out the coilovers multiple times and everything is tight.

Hear is a clip of the sound from another members car

I had a metal2metal noise on my pass side rear this summer when i put BC's on and i was only lowered 1.5 back there.what i did to get rid of the noise was take a piece of 3mm nylon sheet from the craft store and made a gasket for the top mount and the noise went away.
