Steering Wheel Shimmy

Hello. My steering wheel has developed a shimmy and I don't know where it's coming from. I did a search, but all the ones I saw dealt with higher speeds. My steering wheel moves back and forth at lower speeds primarily. Like less than 20mph. I made a video of it, and I'll try to get it uploaded shortly. Any idea what that movement is?

Most likely your ITRs. If they've got high mileage on them, you might as well replace outers while you're in there.

Could also be a shifted steel belt inside the tire itself. Happened to me before. Tire had to be replaced.

I'd start by having the wheels balanced - then go with the above recommendation of tie rod ends, etc.

When was the last time you had your tires balanced and an alignment done?

I haven't had an alignment done, and my tires are kind of worn. I'll try having the wheels aligned and balanced when I get new tires. And if that doesn't work, I'll explore the tie rods. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.
