Lithium grease should suffice although the link provided above does specify a particular type of grease. I just installed my ES sway bar bushings today and it came with a small tube of tacky grease that looked a lot like white lithium. If you do plan on getting something local then just make sure you use thickest tackiest grease not spray crap.

I've tried both and they don't last as long as the thick goowy grease! I've even tried synthetic grease and nothing has worked better than the polybushing formula grease!

Sounds like he may as well do it right the first time and get that grease online. Nothing speaks higher than someone with personal experience.

At Napa they have something called Sil-Glyde Silicone Lubricating, haven't tried it yet but it was suggested on another forum.

Good to know, ordered from ES PARTS on Friday, Moog Sway Bar endlinks, ES sway bar bushings, motor mount inserts, and subframe bushings, I know some comes with it but just in case.... And from NMEX the ES LCA bushing and the RTA ones also.....
