Sure, why not? The factory recommended change intervals is 100K miles.

I have E3 spark plugs installed right now. They currently have around 30k on them, and so far so good. Figured if they didn't hold up i'd just change them out since changing the spark plugs on a 3.0 De-K isn't all that involved since the UIM doesn't need to be removed to get to the rear plugs.

I wanted to try those they did a dyno comparsion on Horsepower TV and got like 5 extra ponies but it was on a old school Chevy so I just stuck with the NGK, might give em a shot down the road...

VQ30DE-K FTW!!!

I love the fact that it only takes me a few minutes and some elbow grease to tune up my car

Oh FWIW, i sprayed a little bit of carb cleaner into the spark plug holes while i had the plugs out, i intended on spraying SeaFoam into the holes instead, but after i removed my plugs and was ready to spray i found out i had no more SeaFoam left ...so i took a can of carb clean and shot maybe a few ounces into the spark plug holes before putting in the spark plugs, and maybe it's placebo but it feels snappier in throttle response.

The whole reason why i replaced the plugs was i noticed my MPG was going down , and it started to feel sluggish.

Lately i have noticed it feels better after i did the tuneup/carb cleaner spray ( while i cannot be held responsible if you screw anything up, i also do not recommend pooling up any kind of liquid into the spark plug hole , a quick spray of a carbon cleaning fluid should suffice ) .

I would have rather have used Sea Foam in the combustion chamber, but carb cleaner sufficed .

good luck

After about 30k miles, they're holding up just fine for me.
