Audi Style LED's in headlights
These are actually headlights from my personal car that I modded. The pic is horrible because it was taken with my phone. IMO the LEDs look way better in person (they're not blue), as do the halos. I also have the two running separately....it's either the halos, or LEDs...never both. I would love to get the Malibu lenses in there, but we don't have those in Toronto.

You can find them on Amazon any day of the week, that's where I got mine.
A thick skin is a requirement when posting here. Keep that in mind for your future adventures on this forum.
Can't be sensitive and hang around here dude. Just let it roll off your back, take the good away from it, and have a chuckle!
After all, if it were me, and I actually liked them, I'd get a pair of those eyelashes and post just to **** with everyone lolz.
I'm stillw aiting for someone to PS them on.

And how many times do you and the others have to say you don't like them before you learn to spell awful? And its not illegal. Did you not read the thread a while back that had the law word for word? Its only illegal when red and blue lights are done in combination or flashing.

And yes, yes it is illegal. I sure did read the thread that was specific to a certain area that had wishy-washy laws in a certain jurisdiction. SO perhaps, in that ONE location, they can get away with it.
Regardless, you're unlikely to get stopped with them, but that doesn't mean it's legal.
Also, even in that thread buddy is wrong, because by the letter of the law (and this over-rides ANY other written traffic law), any modification done to a vehicle to change it's state or function from the OEM's intentions and design is illegal unless certified by the MTO/DOT, and/or the OEM. Basically, any mod you do is illegal if you **** the cop off, they can hang you and there's nothing you can do about it. That's a federal law. It carries over into Canada as well, something we adopted along with a lot of other wacky ideas you Yanks had
You're really making a name for yourself around here, ShockNAwe
Yes very fun. In reality anything can get you pulled over. I suppose in rural areas something like lights is a big deal but in urban areas its a toss up whether you will get pulled over or not. IMO the only thing that SHOULD get you pulled over is the combination or the flashing(trying to look like a pig) like the law obv. intended. I could care less about my "name", say you don't like it and move on. Its unnecessary and childish to berate someone and then come off saying "oh you need thicker skin and stop getting butthurt". Its a cop out
Guys...take it easy allright. Although I agree that the setup can be improved, the OP didn't ask for our opinion in the first place. He was just so happy about his latest creation and wanting to share, so let's play nice here. Advice and positive criticism would be better than bashing him left and right, especially when the mod is very subjective.
This thread is going to be locked if this continue and we are not going to learn anything out of it.

I agree with your approach to a thread like this, it's just tough to actually do. I think for the most part we keep our cool here on the 5th gen forums, and mixed in with some rough comments are some helpful points and advice as well. I'd say the bag is mixed quite well, this thread is really no different.

Un-aimed headlights?
Otherwise distracting/blinding lighting that could cause issues with oncoming traffic? We have laws agains these things for a reason. Lighting is IMO a very important point. Though I guess I can understand if you don't feel the same way.
The second part of your post about your name I do not understand, I didn't say anything about your name or my dislike for it?
Unnecessary and childish? Well I suppose poking fun at anyone could be classed this way. What a nice boy you are for standing up for him. None of my posts were outlandish or downright mean in any regard.
He posted on a public forum, to be fair, opinions are just going to come out regardless if you specifically ask for them. If you don't want anyones opinions then you don't post, it's really that simple. The purpose of posting something like this is to get opinions.
Just like your opinions on how I post. I didn't ask for them, but I'm getting them anyways.
This awkward moment was brought to you by the Letter "J".
I dont think trying to add a look from another car manufacturer really makes your car look good it just makes it look a mess.just like the fools that try to make their 300 look like a roles royce or the fools that try to put a gtr/skyline kit on a 4th gen total fail there too then theres the audi headlight look on any car but a audi it just dont belong there.
I've never seen any of these homemade strips look as good as the Audi or Mercedes OEM.
I'm all for HID retrofits since they actually have a purpose, but these lighting strips are pretty much pointless. I'm sorry to break it to all the folks who've done this to the headlights but if you want to look like an Audi then you actually have to buy an Audi. I bet all the guys driving those nice cars just pass by and laugh every time they see someone trying to imitate their cars.

People, stop trying to make your car something it's not. We drive 5.5 gen Maximas. It's a nice looking sedan with an unusual amount of kick to it compared to other cars in its class. Spend your money on some nice performance parts, not ricing it out with cheap out-of-place lighting mods.
Legal and illegal is all relative to where your live and what judge you argue in front of. Butthurt mostly comes from getting made fun of by people with mac stickers on their cars and strut bars telling me about my suspension. Its a joke. If you post so much at least have a max that can back it up.

I said eyebrows.....not eye lashes!! But, yes, I do believe that would work!

I can already tell this is going south quickly

The respect meter just went "Ping!"
