problem after nwp spacers install

Well I installed the NWP spacer with the help of a friend he ended up cracking the upper intake manifold near the left side stud and now the car wont idle and there is no pressure on the break peddle. I was not able to perform the relearn procedures correctly. do you think a piece of the intake manifold dropped into the LIM or what. Need responses ASAP.

You definitely have a vacuum leak which is causing all of your problems. You car doesn't seem to drive able.

Try getting it welded back together or try some epoxy.

Pulled a few codes p0300 in particular which is bank 2. The only thing iam worried about is the loose peices attached to the mani falling into the LIM.

In your original post you mentioned the IM as being cracked, which wouldn't really create a piece to fall into a cylinder (If a piece did fall I am pretty sure you would hear the noise for something being in there) ... as stated above you most definately would have a vaccum leak, which needs to be addressed. The P0300 is for a multi mis fire which could be from either bank of plugs ... did you change any plugs, valve covers? or just install the spacers?

how do you crack the IM?

your gonna need a new im or find a way to seal up the cracked one. Vacuum leaks are pretty much the cause of a lot of rough running situations.

I'm sure the cracked IM can be patched up with some JB Weld, since it's made from aluminum. It might not look pretty, but it will get the job done until you can find a replacement.

I wonder who that was???

Dude it snapped I went "Oh Snap!" and starting sending messages to see who had a spare. I ended up driving an hour to buy a replacement.

Don't bother doing anything else till you but another one and then torque it correctly.
Then you can do all the relearn stuff. No easy way out.

I still to this day have not done the Air volume relearn thing. I CANNOT get it no matter what I do. I am just glad my car is running right even after that not getting done.

Weird. It has worked the first time for me. Twice. However, it wasn't necessary for my NWP spacer install.

This is the one that doesn't work for me. I've had it disconnected for over 8 hours and nothing. I got impatient and used the pedal dance. Boom. Reset.

Ok finished the intake swap and everything seems fine. The extra power is very noticable. The only thing thats still going on is i have no pressure in my brake lines. Fluid levels are fine. what could have happened to cuz this problem?

^ Sounds like air in the lines
Try bleading them, if that does nothing you may have damaged one of the lines running into the engine bay from taking off the manifold
It shouldn't have changed if you haven't touched the breaks though.
