Wideband not working?

So I finally got around to installing my AEM Wideband today, and AFR doesn't change. At idle, WOT, and cruising the gauge reads the same thing. What did i do wrong, or what could the problem be?

Recheck connections. Not familiar with the AEM connections, but something seems like its not connected or not getting power (same thing perhaps). Go back through it.

Only wires i didn't connect was the white 0-5v output, and blue serial output. The directions say that they were optional. I tapped into the cig lighter wires for power and ground.

Those are pretty idiot proof to install. Sounds to me like the sensor/meter may be dead.
