So I change the belts (both) and pulley on my 2000 maxima. Symptoms were loud screeching upon cold starts.
Pick her up from garage, and now I get a short noise like pulling down the zipper on a large coat. Ive cranked her at least twelve times since picking her up and able to reproduce noise at least 4 times.

 

Belts may be too tight. Did you take it back to the shop?
