P0133 Replace or check wiring harness

So i've been getting an intermittent P0133 on my 2000 GLE with 150k on the clock that lately seems to be staying on all the time now, not to mention my gas mileage has tanked. My question is, should i just go ahead and replace the front right oxygen sensor or are there any other common issues such as a faulty wiring harness that i should look for? Thanks

99 times out of a hundred it is the sensor, but you always check the wires before replacing a part.
