Spark plugs? 6240 or 4469?

2002 maxima GLE 3.5l*
About 120k miles on it bought it used with maybe 30-40k.

I use this car as my daily driver, 60 mile commute to and from work daily.*

So obviously it's time to change the spark plugs. I pulled one out and it's part number Plfr5a (6240). Wondering if I should buy the same or get the iridium's lfr5aix-11 (4469). And what do u guys suggest I gap them at? And while the intake manifold is off is there any other things I should replace? I read on here that valve covers on these engines leak, I need to take a closer look but I don't think I have that problem just very minor oil build up around the gasket. And whats the deal with these engines burning oil?

I would get the platinum plugs, PLFR5A. That is the one Nissan recommends. Iridium plugs will last a little longer, but have a down side that may not even be worth considering. Iridium is a harder metal than platinum, which is why it lasts longer. But it also is a poorer conductor of electricity, requiring you to have a stronger ignition coil. Our ignition coils are pretty powerful, so for a dd, it probably makes no real difference.
