Any performance loss AFTER oil cooler gasket change ?
Guys,
I replaced my gasket last night, without any issues. I did not disconnect any of the lines, but simply took it off, cleaned surfaces and replaced gasket. Today i started the car up, and it felt a little harsh. There are no more leaks, good as new, but it was a little harsh driving around today.
Any one have an issue of the sort ?

Driving hard, slow acceleration, delay in shifting. Checked the oil, and it seemed like it was a little high. Drained it completely, and when drained it was black like anything. I had only 30 miles on that oil.
I had put in a synthetic 10w-30 i got, Quaker State defy. I think this oil didnt fit right, because i had been using 10w-40.
I changed the oil, made sure there were no leaks. put back in reg 10w-40. It seems like its driving better. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the relief valve etc.
