Its been a while since I've been here...

My question is for the Max owners in Canada. Have any of you been successful in getting your dealer to do the fuel cut TSB? I recall someone in BC was able to get it done but with much hassles. Last few times I asked my dealer, he told me it was an American TSB and there was not Canadian equivalent. They were reluctant to look up the part numbers for the new ECU -- I'm told the the new part numbers are available in Canada... dealers in my area won't even go down that road.

Nothing for me yet. I will send a letter later this month to Nissan Canada.

The dealer has been putting the problem on each of our service invoices saying that Nissan Canada is aware and will issue a bulletin soon, unfortunately the dealer can't do the work without approval or they don't get paid.
