Tuning

Hay all

Next step for me is to get my beast tuned. How conservative is the standard tune on our vq35de Maximas. I've done headers high flow cat 3" catback vias delete Nwp spacers. How much gain from a good tune?

Can't seem to find info of power differences of non tune and tuned
