Tell her you'll take her to the beach.

I guess I can't keep it that much of a secret because people need to pack/prepare for the beach....

Yup. TCM was saying **** this. Not the ECM...

So for future full swapers that want/have to use the AT ecu, as long as you are using a manual tranny, you can mix and match however you want really. The ecu doesnt need a signal from the TCM for the motor to function. CAN lines don't matter either.

Never really thought about it until this past weekend when I was dyno whoring, but saw that thread and thought I'd comment on it.

Here's my take:

Name: ovly1.jpg
Views: 91
Size: 60.0 KB

Direct comparison with the stock wheels.

Lower #'s:
GAB/SSIM/H/Cattman B/2ºBTDC/TS F-Spec/MMEV5's

Higher #'s
JWT POP/H/2ºBTDC/Stockers

That was the first and last time I dyno'd with those wheels.

I agree, what were you taught though? I think this is good convo for the community. if not here, somewhere else.

A lot of misconception/misunderstanding/miscommunication happens and never gets discussed.

But in simple terms:

Basically, big asz wheel/drum taht weighs x, let' see how fast this car can get it to spin with respect to time.

Dynojet anyhow.
