lol... to each his own.. i thought thats what the power steering is there for.... i never fought my car when it was dumped nor on eibachs or cut springs... turned the same to me

now after i took the power steering belt then all hell broke loose, i had no need to go to the gym anymore lol

It's different when you're pushing the car to it's limits. You wouldn't understand.

It just wasn't the same taking right handers off of the highway into my neighborhood @ 55-60.

Car also understeered more too when dumped, it's just not good for handling.

Or this guy sums it up here...

This. 100% agree. But his drop is for looks > handling.

If he decided to pursue Auto X in the future raising prior to going to the course would be a fantastic idea.

the car is pretty low, but his tires are pretty decent size. Its just difficult to pull off really big tires on a G, but If i had a G it would look similar to that one.
This post proves what I'm saying. With 19s, you have enough rim for it to look good but enough tire for those who are advocates of function. And you can still keep the drop mild.

I never said anything about money or profit or anything. Hell, I was trying to keep the deal going for the guys!

You were b!tching that you were gonna pull the deal back. I tried to explain that you didn't have to do that, you could have made a new one with all the pertinent information.

Where did I **** it up? I don't see anywhere where I caused it dude, don't go blaming ME for a choice you made. Seriously.

If I mis-spoke or said anything I shouldn't have, I apologize, But I don't think I did. Don't take it out on THEM for anything I said or didn't say.

I had some bad experiences with used transmissions, about 3 bad ones. I figure a new transmission last me at least 200,000 miles. I gotta do a price check with him shipped

And? I bet they're replacing a lot of components driving like idiots on dumped cars a lot more than you'd like to think.

Again. I prefer function over form. I'd rather drive a car with a mild drop, with MAYBE 1 finger gap all the way around, over a car that's tucking tire all the way to the rim.

You lose all drivability when a car is that low.

This. Trust me. I've driven both dumped and slightly lowered cars hard. Cars with a mild drop and stiffer springs respond much, much better.
