5th gen Off Topic Thread (Official Ghustle thread v1)
I'd rather just co-opt something already in the works. Let's see...
waxima - Archie Andrews
chocolatestraw - Reggie Mantel
aackshun - Moose Mason
huster - Jughead Jones
brett - Kevin Keller
nelledge - Dilton Doily
phatboi - Chuck Clayton
And I suppose I'll have to be Pops Tate.

What I wanna know is when are we gonna get a Veronica Lodge or a Betty Smith?
I think a couple of regs in here would fit the Mr. Weatherbee and Mr. Flutesnoot profiles >_>

For what it's worth, I also have two six point harnesses, a home-made short ram tube, an axle back, and a muffler for sale.

lol... and thats good enough reasons to keep it installed... it just proves further of how ppl "feeling a difference" is a very invalid point in often cases in modifications with cars....
here is the horrid truth:
i hope you get gains just for the simple fact of its $$$...
but.......
i hope you dont get gains simply for my satisfaction of saying "i told you so", and sickly bringing it back around to that thread chester made about suspension bars n people thinking they feel this huge difference in a FSTB... i know they both have absolutely nothing to do with each other but just my own satisfaction to say a lot of mods make more of a mental difference than actual and enthusiasts often confuses the 2

Although, ironically, I cannot have one on right now because of this alleged manifold on my engine .
even in my pulley thread in the 4th gen section where i asked about the belt sizing, i believe some 6th genner was saying how he felt some kind of difference in a damn pulley lol... like cmon, how can u possibly feel 2whp increase?, even the weather makes more a difference than that lol... i couldnt even feel the difference in a BOP or sadly even going from a 2.5" catback to 3"... could i tell a difference, yea based on people i lined up with side by side n track or dyno numbers but not just installing and daily driving... shoot not even just WOT'ing by myself

Headers were a "holy sh*t" when I stepped on the gas. Test pipe, I felt a good torque pickup in the midrange powerband.
For what car?
I make that **** work if it's for a 5th gen... shiddddd.....

I got a pulley just to say I have one, not because it gains anything, but to say yeah got one of those too.
even though i told him i owned one before with a lowered car, he says there was a night n day difference and i think threads like that can be misleading, and not the OP's fault
I agree about the test pipe, and I haz dyno proof for it too. Didn't appreciate the rasp, but, then thought, I'm after powAh so, I can live with it.
But the torque I picked up from them is too addictive to put the cats back on. And it only rasps sometimes. I'll buy resonated test pipes eventually.

Problem, buddy?

is really going on here?
