There should be a blind period, where the cops let the father figure/brothers/uncles see him in a closed room before they haul him off to lockup

CJ, I know it's a personal question, but how's the personal financial situation? If its not so good, let us all know. Because once she's physically healed, a couple weeks vacation OUT OF THE COUNTRY will help her immensely in the emotional department. The key is away from EVERYTHING, So IMHO out of the country is the way to go for a
Few weeks.

 

if it makes you feel any better child rapests dont last very long in jail i would know from experiance. and just to clarify i WAS NOT the rapest people who are like that are sick and ****ed up and get hell in prison

 

Jail and prison are vastly different worlds and anyways they are kept away from population so how do you know this personally?

a good friend of mine was raped when she was 14 and i saw the after math of what happened to the guy that did it. and i have a few friends who are in jail/prison/penitentiary so i tend to hear what happens every so often. i know there are differances between all three of them and quite honestly it doesnt matter which one their in its not a pretty picture

 

People in prison have kids at home, too.

Thank You Friends and i am trying my hardest to keep myself from acting on my basic fatherly instincts but law enforcement is only making it harder to deal with my family are the victums but yet they threatin to detain me if i attempt to leave my property and all i want to do is see my little girl who ive been told is doing ok concidering the situation.my wife and the oldest neice are with her.they wont let me even goto work or out to try and keep my mind occupied.

CJ i just read what you said, fortunately the system is pretty harsh with guys like that, i was in jail for a weekend and a 16yr old girl mother pressed charges and dude got 10yrs without much of a defense... based on his story she lied about her age and when her parents found out she flipped the script on dude... im sure this guy may come up with the same defense

 

I feel like i have failed at protecting these children.its not a good feeling at all!

CJ, I am very sorry to hear about what is happening to your family. I am praying for you. I know it's tough right now, but just remember your family needs you. I remember being around 5 years old and something like this happened to a cousin of mine. We were not really close because they lived a few states over, but her father and uncle are both in jail for life because of the "revenge" they took. And their other children have had a very tough time and rough lives because their fathers were not around. Just something to think about.

 

That's how you feel, but that's not what's real. I imagine you're a fantastic father. You did nothing wrong.

Is your wife home yet? When will they let you go see your kid? I would think sometime this morning someone from social services is going to come try and help your and your family deal with the immediate emotions. If not, maybe you could start researching for that kind of help.

Anything to keep from just shutting down or blowing up.
