soreness is good. It means you have stressed your muscles beyond what they are used to so they have broke themselves down and will rebuild bigger. If you don't get sore after a workout then you have wasted your time. Most protein shakes have L-Glutamine in them, its just an amino acid. It lessens the effects of lactic acid. The only supplements you NEED are a good multi-vitamin, whey protein after workout(about 30grams) and glutamine powder to put in the shake as well. If you do those 3 things you will grow I promise. If you want you can get some Casein protein to have before you go to bed because thats when your muscles will start to eat themselves. 8+hrs with no calories. Casein protein digests slower as opposed to whey which is quick digesting and suited for post workout

Sleep is important, its when your muscles repair themselves so try and get at least 7hrs. Keep your reps above 12 then and sets of about 5. Low reps/high weight is for mass and strength and high reps/moderate weight is for endurance and fat loss. You really cant spot treat any particular area. For example doing a lot of sit ups wont make you lose a belly it will just strengthen the muscles under the fat lol. Try doing super sets and drop sets. Low rest time and each time you do another set the drop the reps by 1. You can super set your biceps with triceps, chest with lats and hamstrings with quads. Just keep your heart rate up and eat right. Its not a mystery you will reach your goal if you try

i'm doing a workout regime right now that last 12 months that i'm sticking with...i know high reps is more of a fat burning type excercise...but this guy here...yea..i'm fukin w/ this the long way and may just keep this up for all time

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/shortcut-to-size.html

and actually i havent followed all of his specific excercises..but after i finish this 3 month workout on my own specific way i'm switching to his..that way i'll have damn near 6 months of confusing my body

sounds like a plan to me, nice how it is all spelled out for you too. You can always modify the reps he tells you to do. If that program tells you to go low reps then just swap in high reps instead. Tailor it to your goals. GL and when you get in shape you better not start posting pics of you instead of bishes. Ill ignore list you on the quickness son

I've always wanted to do 350 after I did 340 a few years back... but man that was a loooong time ago.... I'd be glad if I can still hit 275 still I doubt it though.

I remember when I had to do 380x3 on the squats, I thought I was going to die that day

Same day we do squats we have shrugs, standing clings, and full hang clings, I hated thursdays w/ a passion in college.

Then friday morning's circuit workout... oh my jesus

naw...i'm doing it as he has it instructed...right now i'm on the last wk of the first macrocycle 3-5 reps...i can feel myself getting stronger AF though, it's crazy. like i can't get that many reps the first time i do it as i can the 2nd time around...used to be i was winded/too tired after the first set of reps to even match the first set...nowadays i'm matching or doing more. i'm happy w/ the results of strength and muscle build so far right now.

my family's build is naturally big so i'm going to be big either way...fat or muscular build

2nd time i do this workout i'm incorporating squats...i've NEVER done squats and i was scared to *** w/ it..but i'm doing it next time around. right now i'm doing like 3 reps of 25-30 of 300lbs w/ calf excercises in the middle of sets (sets of 10 of those w/ the 300lb setup) so i think i'll be ok now w/ squats...i hope

i'll do a little research on the proper position/technique of a squat before i get into it

lol. Yeah it's confusing when you have to build everything from the ground up. Though, I shouldn't really say that, i did have a rough 350Z map that at least ran the engine. So that's nice. Less math.

These MAF calibrations/tables are interesting though. I think once I get that done I'm pretty much done calibrations and can start into tuning, assuming the MAF calibration brings my desired A/F into spec with the Wideband reading, I'm GTG and just need to tweak/fine tune.

im sure this may have been covered, here is why i dont mess with JAY Z like most, he is too full of himself, and i know thats just a pointless statement to make when talking about rappers cause they all like that, but naw he is just waaaaaaay too much to where i cant **** with him, he be the bamma that raps about 22's then the next rap say he see bammas on 20's or better and his swag so much he ride stock n shyt... he tries to be on a level where u literally cant keep up with him even if its to bash the thing he said the last song lol... annoys me actually, i be like shut ur ugly **** up!!!

Damn, slim. you're way more into the politics than I am. I just know that the bulk of his newer songs/collabos are him talking about how great he is.

Now, the Old shyt, that's just kindom collapsing, dude his old stuff does instantly make me think of the best rapper ever (argument coming), Big L.
A couple of those collabos were off the hook.

soooooooooo w/ that saying...you mean that you hate kanye? cuz kanye is just about as much as a a55hole as Jay is, if not more. think about it kanye is the epitome of a55hole, he's another celeb i wouldnt wanna meet, just enjoy his music..i get what you saying...kinda like when he did the DOA and a couple of records/freestyles before he was 'Guru put some T-Pain on my ish...naw nvm forget it' i feel what you saying...but at the end of the day, Jay stays in his lane, RNS, more recently he's steered out of his lane w/ kanye on some commercial singles, other than that he's still in his lane, especially on his own album. at the end of the day, i think he's just trying to keep hip hop..hip hop, and i respect that, but i do have a open view. i'm not like lupe and dont listen to any urban music at all. like i said earlier today, and i know we've talked bout it..as long as people keep music in their lane, there's no reason to hate on it

gitz en duh jim and avoid jim

lol naw no politics, just things that happen between him especially during the demise of ROC...i'm a big Jay fan, anyone who knows me knows that, so yea. i never heard too many Big L tracks, truthfully so i can't say what or if or w/e on that regard.

although i'm a big Jay fan i cant say he's THE best rapper alive/dead cuz there are some wayyyyyyyyyyyy more lyrical cats than him by far. but especially w/ alot of Jay's old stuff, being that i havent really dealt w/ Big L, i say Jay's stuff is pretty tough...while i rather his older albums/freestyles/etc than his newer stuff...i *** w/ him either way. i'll say this...Blueprint was the end of the old Jay-Z...Blueprint was the birth of the Jay-Z we see today.

it's basically teh transition that i see Jeezy and TI trying to make right now...seems like Jeezy has it under control, while TI...he's better on everybody elses tracks right now and his own tracks...meh

There are full nude clubs all around. Have a few of them here, and no alcohol is served in full nude clubs, only topless. What's funny is that the girls that work at the topless joints make more money cause dudes are drinking and are more willing to give up the cash compared to someone that's sober. And with the skimpy little bottoms those girls wear at the topless joints, they might as well not have anything on at all cause a piece of dental floss ain't holdin' nuthin' back...
