If itunes doesn't see the phone when you plug it in, just open it and select it.

do you have the latest update/version of itunes? If you're using a Windows machine, you might have to uninstall and reinstall itunes. With a Mac you do not. Double check to make sure you have done the latest itunes update.

Turn off, turn back on the iphone. Sometimes that will work.

There could be third party software conflicts. Security and anti-virus software could be interfering with it.

Well that sucks. I just keep all my media and apps on my 32gb card so if I need to wipe the phone its all there when I reboot.

now that is a novel idea. I like this thread because everyone in it is real. We do what we say and prove it and are all enthusiastic about Nissan. That is fake and groups you with millions of other forum members(not this forum specifically just in general) who are all talk.
