Radiator Support rusted out

Hello. Looking to see of any one has replaced their rad support using this part.
http://www.partstrain.com/store/deta...00/NS2129.html

Mine just rusted through. Do I need the entire assembly for the lower support?

I'm also looking into changing my radiator mount as it is completly rusted and rotten, I had to modify the metal part that holds the hood latch cause its connected to the bottom radiator support and the bolt holding the 2 pieces gave out !!! I saw one for 80$ but i'm in canada.

Search is your best friend! You could choke a horse with all the info on here about the lower core support. I will tell you this...don't buy that entire core support! You can order just the lower part/lower core support but only through Nissan! I bought it from my local stealer for $150. You can find it online for $136 shipped!

i just had the worse case scenario happened to me today... mines rusted through n my hood flew opern due to not having a legit hood lactch because of no support... my hood is now bent, and had to be bungied down... need a new hood... you dont need the whole assy depending on how bad its rusted but just buy it and let the welder cut whichever part he wants

Get the universal o2 and use heat shrink 3m butt connectors to splice them to the orignal o2 wires with the plugs on them also dont forget the antifoulers

Is this worse than the accident in which the radiator dropped to the road duo the the rusted radiator support, while on the highway driving?
