2003 maxima system

im looking for advice on a good system.. i currently have 2 12" alpine type r in a vented box with a ****ty amp and factory bose speakers. I will like some new interior speakers for the 4 doors and 2 amps 1 for bass and interiors. i dont know if i should buy 3-ways or components?
i will like my system to be loud, not the loudest but i want ppl to know when im coming down the block. im looking to spend bout 7-800 for the 4 6.5 speakers and the 2 amps. and something to help not put all that stress on my battery and kill the alternator. somebody told me that i dont have to buy the battery in the trunk, it was something else i cant remember. please help, thanks lou

Alpine type r for the doors and a good fourchannel amp would be a good start also better amp for subs. And get a nice deck. That's what I got all type R's and its loud I'm impressed but make sure that they have enough power cause they are crazy power hungry

Skip the capacitor you'll just be wasting money. Take that money and do a big 3 upgrade and run either 0 or 2 gauge wire to the trunk. I personally prefer brand name wire like jl, rockford, kicker because its actual wire not insulation making it thick.

For amps you can look at the alpine pdx f4 for the mids/highs and an alpine m100 can be picked up for a reasonable price as well. I think the type r's, and both amps should be around 800 and people will hear you coming.

Capacitors are old school. Everything is transitioning now to a small, deep cycle battery. To support the power, I would either upgrade your battery, or get a small, auxiliary, deep cycle one for the trunk.
