Still Vibration
I have a 2000 maxima gle, I replace both inner & outer tie rods the passenger inner was gone. got and aligment done and still getting
some vibration when I hit 2 to 2 & half RPM's. I brought used tires before
I got my tie rods done. The tires are in good shape, I had them mounted & balance at walmart, but after the tires were on my car and thats when I notice the vibration. Is it the tires or is it something else. the vibration is not as bad as before but its still there.

It's likely tires. I had a wobble in my steering wheel. Was running 18's with cheap tires. Had tires rebalanced, helped but problem remained and inevitably got worse again.
Even though I know my front bushings are worn, I swapped my all season tires and 17" rims back on the car just to be sure about the problem. After the swap, my wobble and vibration 100% resolved.
Even with name brand tires, this stuff can happen, cheap steal to make belts for example. If the belts begin to break, the tire will not hold the road properly and will result in vibrations, pulling, steering wobble, etc.
A good example of even name brands having huge design flaws, look at what happened to Goodyear a few years back with all the blow outs.
If you have anotherset of rims/tires- swap them out an see if the issue goes away. If not, it's in the suspension.

I had the standard 16 inch GLE wheels on the car, but I got a set of 2003 17 inch 6 spoke SE wheels now on the car. My tires are 225/50/17 I think it is the tires cause when I had my 16 inch wheels on I never had this vibration before.
