hi i just picked up a 2002 maxima se yersterday (5/18) but it did not come with the original maxima embroidered trunk carpet. I sent a message to jerry rome nissan parts. Wanted to see if anyone on the forum is selling one or wants to sell one.

Nissan does not carry them new anymore. They have been discontinued, I had to locate a used one on here so good luck.

 

^ Did Nissan really make an embroidered trunk mat for 5th gens? If so, could you kindly take a peek under yours and grab me the part#?

 

The trunk carpets were an option. I saw one on ebay a few weeks ago sell for around $50.

 

Just fyi - a member here on the site ( djfreestyl ) makes replacement spare tire covers to replace the flimsy OEM spare tire cover. Much sturdier, and more professional-looking than the one that comes from the factory. Fair prices, too.
