Rebuilt transmissions?

Just curious as to how many out there have rebuilt their auto trans, and what mileage the did it at. I am currently sitting at 353K on my auto trans, and I think that a rebuild might be in order at the end of summer. 5.5 gen

353k miles on the original tranny? wow that is great. if these trannies hold up that well then i'd just find a used low mileage transmission and call it a day.

Yup, that is on the original tranny. It is starting to shift pretty rough, and on cold mornings, when I put it in gear, takes about 3-4 seconds for the car to actually start moving. Just starting to plan ahead of this project (that's a first).

The valve body/control solenoids can cause that laggy cold shift behavior.
