Loss of power during stereo install

Hi Guys, I was installing a HU in my brothers 03 Maxima with BOSE today, and ran into a little issue, maybe yall can help...

In the process of wiring the new unit, I got all of my wires spliced correctly, and with the HU hanging out, I turned on the key to test before installing in dash, in the process of twisting it around, one of my splices came out, while the HU was still on, it was the amp control circuit, at that point the HU shut off, and now it wont come back on! No power is present coming out of the harness now....

Any ideas?

The fuse that supplies power to the head unit is fuse #1, 10 amp, located under the dash. It is the one in the top left corner.

If that fuse is good and you don't have 12 volts at the harness connector, pin #10, purple wire, then you some how cut the wire in the harness.
