The Maxima is due for smog (California)... and I am throwing these two codes now!

I am guessing I have something wrong with the EVAP as I have a strong gas smell. I also want to note that I did clean out the EGR tube to get rid of the p0400 code and it worked but this came up directly afterwards... the car reaked of gas at idle before the egr tube cleaning though.

Also my Air bag light will not stop blinking. It stated when I took the drivers side seat out and put it back in. I have tried the reset procedure with no luck, I also tried unplugging the battery then the seat then waiting 30 mins and hooking it back up then hooking the battery up but no luck.

 

Does anyone have a link to a picture of even a diagram of the fuel/vacuum system, I want to make sure that all of my lines are hooked up correctly. The previous owner did some shotty work and I just want to make sure its right, the vacuum lines near the intake don't look right to me... lol
