Maxed out alignment and still not close to specs

So I got my car aligned today and the mechanic told me that they maxed out the camber as much as possible but it still won't get close to stock specs/-1 degree camber and I have camber bolts on my car too. Currently it sits around -2.7 degree camber. What do you guys think the problem might be? Maybe worn out camber bolts?

For the camber bolts to wear out, they would have to have been loose. Anything is possible. Since you have camber bolts, the question is: why? The answer is probably because of the coilovers. Changing the height of the car messes with the camber.

You could look for new camber bolts and see how much adjustment they will allow. You could also take the car to a frame shop and let them diagnose it. Probably won't be cheap, though.

Got a printout or snapshot of the alignment page?

Are you using camber plates on the coilovers and bolts as well?

No, no camber plates. Progress coilovers don't come with plates unfortunately.....

Yes, you are correct. It's because of the coilovers. I don't think the stock bolts will get me to the right negative degree of camber that I would prefer

Sorry. I searched for camber plates for a 2003 Maxima and when I saw the photo of camber plates, I didn't go any further.
