2000/2001 Maxima - How to replace knock sensor

2000/2001 Maxima - How to replace knock sensor
I have a 2000 Maxima and need to replace the knock sensor. I've read many posts and it seems like the only way of getting to it on the 5th gen maxima is to remove the upper intake manifold but there is no write up of how to. Can someone show me the way?
