Color Combo Thread- Will be put into effect this time, not Hypothetical
I love threads like these...they are all the same, the OP comes in with some totally stupid idea about wanting to be "different" from other Maxima owners and comes up with a brilliant scheme to do so...little does he realize that the ideas for his car have not been done before because most Maxima owners don't want to look like bozo the clown driving around town. Then everyone starts chiming in about how gawdy it looks and the OP gets offended because everyone is telling him their opinion because he didn't seem to realize that he posted his idea on a public forum where opinions are expressed and starts getting angry because no one likes his god awful ideas on modifying his car.Oh and btw, I hate to break this to you but if you wouldn't like the kind of attention I highlighted above in your quote, then I would suggest trying something different. Because the only reason heads will be turning to look at your car is so they can point and laugh and snap a pic to post on Facebook mocking your car or to put in the ricer photos thread here on the org.
this... people often think that when people "turns their heads" its a good thing lol
He has done well with the criticism so Im done hating lol. THe color combos are NOt my cup of tea but im pondering some colors that could be considered "wild" for my TT calipers. I think throwing just a little bit of color in certain areas really does a lot for these cars. Sometimes max owners just don't want to try different colors but with vinyl wrap and plasti-dip you can try whatever you want to without fear of expensive fixes. SO do your wild and crazy colors and if you like it then bravo but its far from the norm. A max is not a civic and we like it that way
