2001 Fog Lights - Need to confirm this ASAP before ordering

Is the H3 bulb size still used in the 2001 fog light housing when converting to HID? I'm asking because I remember a couple years ago when I did this, there was some discussion on whether or not the HID H3 bulb was too long to fit, therefore, some were recommending using a different size.

Why the hell don't I just look at the bulb myself?

Long story short, I'm moving back to CT and the car is already in CT while I'm still here in NC. I have to go through emissions/inspection within the next week, and I know they are going to fail me for having a fog light out. I need to get these parts shipped to my CT address so I can get this done ASAP.

I wouldn't buy from them.

Looking through that site, I realized what I was thinking about before...there are H3 and H3c bulbs. H3c looks like the stubby version that won't bump into the housing cover.

I'm going to think about swapping all four ballasts and bulbs. Seems like I'm having issues every 7-8months, so I'm probably due for one of the headlights to go out soon. In your opinion, what makes the ballasts/bulbs from these guys any better than the next?

That website is sketchy as hell. Those prices would be amazing, especially if I'm going to swap headlights and fogs, but I'm actually a little hesitant because it seems too good of a deal. Although, a 3yr warranty for $13 isn't bad...assuming they will still be around in 3 years.

They really are high quality. I've have yet to see nicer aftermarket kits than theirs. Only thing better would be OEM.

Also, their customer service is top notch.

That's too bad that an internet review would cause this.

We had employee turn over during Pavel's time. And yes, we did work on his lights extensively without any issues on our lab bench. We spent 8 hours on his lights overall including installation (4 hours) and 2 separate tests and packaging/unpackaging, etc.

Sometimes, you can't get it right, we apologized to Pavel on the phone for the delays multiple times, but we can't do more than what we can do. We did however offer a free pair of rings to Pavel if he wanted to do the work himself. It's not hard to do, it's just resoldering.

Anyone that has purchased from us - for now literally over 12 years knows we stand by warranty as long as you follow simple procedures - god forbid we are like DDM where you never get your product within 1 week.

Give us a look see, we don't bite and we do work hard to help our customers get what they need.
