2003 Fuel Pump Relay Location...

my car won't start...a friend of mine took a look at and said it most likely was fuel pump relay... does an 03 max even have a fuel pump relay? I've looked everywhere I can possible think of and just cant seem to locate it... please help!

Yes, there is a fuel pump relay. It is located in the driver's footwell, behind the kick panel, which is the plastic panel on the outer side of the car, in front of the door.

Did you check the fuse for the fuel pump, #29, 15 amp?

thanks for the response i found it but unfortunately it was good so the car still dont start. would you happen to know if 03 uses fuel pressure regulator? im getting mixed info and i cant find it.

edit: i did check the fuse and its good. i sprayed starting fluid into the intake manifold and it starts.
