i was wondering what company makes good HIDs for the max.
also, if u have prices, please list them too.

2k2 HID's would be the best fit. . but costly. . .
u can get the following kits. .

6000K
Hanabi or Vision kits'

4000K/4500K
Panasonic, Phillips, and orasm. . .

those are prob the most popular kits around

I had my Hannabi 6000K Hid's installed on Sat at a mini-meet. I must say that after driving for a while at night this kit looks really awesome.. Words can't explain it, you gotta see it

 

get 2k2 HIDs and drop in a 6000K burner

I got it from a group deal from 97GLE... I don't think he has anymore for $385.. I think There now selling for like $410 or something like that. He has kits for the 4th gens & 5th gens..

 

Do you know if its legal? Some of the HID kits aren't street legal...just curious. If I'm going to put a HID kit in, I'd like to know its not going to get me a ticket.

i haven't had any problems with cops yet, no condensation problems either. . .and been getting alot of compliments about them. . .even this girl i took out on a date, first thing she said was. . ."damn those lights look pimp" . . .LOL. . .and to answer the other question, i took the amber plate out and left it empty, so no reflector plate at all. . .just some hyper whites. . .
