A/F ratio tuning?

So basicly what I'm asking is what can I use on my Max to tune the A/f ratios. I know there is the Safc2 (super air fuel controller) and the wideband thing? What about an aftermarket tuning software.
like this

I know our nissans are picky as hell about what software will communicate with it. Nissan datascan, cipher all them things but would an.afternarket one work? Like say have somebuddy right me a program and tune it for me? My list of mods are getting up there so I'm prolly needing a tune to optimize the mods. Looking for input, best routes, suggestions and what not. I know I'm running rich I can.smell it but I'm still pulling 31mpgs mixed highway and street
Mods:
All cats gone.
Bop
Ported maf (li_wot_Max custom)
2° timing advance
3.5" sri
Missing very last O2 sensor after the third cat need to find the plug prievious owner removed it I'm fed spec so is it even.supposed to have one?
I guess my mods are not that big but I want spacers and z33 injectors yet but I want tuningsoftware before I go any further. So just l me know some input. Links setups prices all of that stuff thanks
