a/c problem please help?

hi i have a 2000 maxima my a/c cuts off and on i found the thermo control amplifier problem on frontiers and altimas i want to know if this maxima has the tca i took apart my glovebox but i can't find where it would go did i buy the right part or is there something else on these cars thank you for your help!!!

Hey bro need more info...are you saying your a/c will just randomly shutoff?

Take a look at this page 40 its got a diagnostic to check the Heat/cool system

Only amplifier Ive heard of on the max is the auto/control amp but thats built into the actual ac control unit itself on non-navi models.

If you do have factory navi then i believe this amp is separate.

my a/c cuts out and will not work at all then it will start up for 20 seconds and shut off for 3 minutes i put a dvm and get 12volts when it cycles on also the fans kick on then they will shutdown with the compressor!! also the blower keeps blowing outside temperature which is warm air
