1 Touch Turn Signals - Blinking Smart Lane Changer Thoughts

I have been searching for some time and turned up with limited results. Has anyone used a similar device as this:

http://www.kahtec.com/lane_changer.htm

I wanted to add the one touch turn signal to my Maxima but was unsure if this 'universal' kit would work. The idea of the one touch, 3 signal blink for a quick lane change sounds great. Have driven quite a few cars with this feature and I want it.

Thanks

if you know the wiring, it should be a 'universal' part/piece.

Seems easy enough, was just curious if anyone had done with this product or something similar.

our cars already come equipped with a similar feature. Instead of pressing down on the turn signal until it locks, press down a little bit, and viola! we've got turn signal operation.

the product linked is different tho, our stock function only blinks as you hold it.. this one allows you to just touch it down and it'll blink 6 times regardless.

mainly for the lazy

I've driven new/newer cars with the auto tap so many blinks feature, and I don't care for it. It seems pointless.

Mine doesn't.

They don't have the auto window down feature with the key in the door, either. I believe the 5.5 gens do on the front windows.

This would never work in Southern California. A*shats regularly come up to block your lane change if you signal. Also, sometimes if you need to get over and open up the lane you have to signal long before. I know...counter intuitive on both points, but people are d1cks around here when they drive.
