As for the fogs, just get some PIAA Extreme white, and if you want the yellow look, either get some used lexus capsules, or laminex it. TRS sells some of the best HID bulbs on the market right now, they are pricey but WELLLLL worth the extra 10 bucks or so. They prefowm better and dont color shift like the phillips.
Chrisman knows his stuff, let him chime in. If we are talking about bulbs only, Philips, theretrofitsource brand, and or Osram are top quality and only thing I recommend. And nothing above 6K.
Send your lights to MSU2000 or Chris and get em retro'd

Honestly if I did it again I'd make it fit in the high beam, I'd also use better projectors.

I believe it's for the pair.
I would definitely hit up Chris for a retro, he does some great work, i've seen his 4th gen in person and the work he's done on the headlights and foglights is clean. MSU2000 has done some great stuff too, one of his projects won retrofit of the month on the hidplanet forums a few months ago.
As far as fogs, hids in stock fogs might have better output, but they're no longer useful as fog lights because the don't have a cutoff anymore. Sticking with halogens is probably better.

They're actually much cheaper off eBay:http://www.ebay.com/itm/02-03-Nissan...02a9de&vxp=mtr

As for the fogs, I can retro those too

Shoot me a PM if you're really interested.
