2002 maxima 6 speed with 152k. at idle clutch in or out there is no noise. when i put it into gear start to move there is kind of like a rattling shuddering sound and you can feel a little bit of vibration in the clutch pedal(more in the floor). it gets worse the harder you start off. if im on a hill trying to back up the sound is very loud. after starting off i don't have any problems except for my clutch pedal vibrated when i rest my foot on it. i don't do this normally but i was just troubleshooting and noticed it. it only vibrated when on the gas as soon as you let off vibrating stopped. i also noticed a slight vibration in the shifter as well when pushed. also ive developed a noise when on the gas at highway speeds coming from transmission sort of sounds like a jet aircraft. once again only when im on the gas. ive done lots of research with no luck. also the clutch in the car is new less than 5000 miles on it. ive only owned the car for 2000 miles

You have hotspots on the flywheel which cause the clutch chatter when you engage the clutch in first gear and start to roll off. Resurfacing the flywheel probably wasn't done, but that doesn't mean it still won't do that. Resurfacing a flywheel won't remove hotspots. Get a new flywheel and the problem will go away. And your problem will also only get worse if it's not addressed.

If your transmission is noisy, check the fluid level and top it off.
