2003 Maxima clutch issue

hey everyone so i have a issue i believe it is the slave cylinder going bad or the slave has air in it.
1. in the morning the clutch pedal is at the floor and i have to pick it back up to bring it to the normal position.
2. the car will not go into gear when the car is on (meaning i cant drive the car at all
3. when i put it into 1st or reverse b4 i turn the car on it will move
4. when i press the clutch a million times and the pressure i guess builds up it drives like a dream
5. the slave cylinder isnt leaking or anything
6. the clutch fluid is full
7. there are no clutch leaks anywhere
8. the car has a new clutch and master cylinder put in by previous owner.

i just got the car around a month ago and the next day it was like this. i just never drove it since because i was busy and i still have my other car so its sitting.
Also this sounds like a newbie question but i cannot locate the bleeder valve on the slave
a little more info is that it only has 80k on it also it has I/H/E spec2 clutch i doubt any of performance mods can screw my slave but oh well thanks in advance guys!

The breeder is on the tiny slave unit which is on the transmission case. Follow the hose
