dyno run

I have the following mods. Cattman y-pipe 3"testpipe megan racing 2.5' exhuast 17 degrees timing cattman pop-charger nwp bop and 5piece spacers. My car dynoed at 220 hp. Are these good gains for what i have done to the car. or should i be seeing a little more?

You can look in the dyno section there are LOTS of dynos you can compare against. Also depends on which dyno you used; some read higher some lower.

How do you fit a 2.5' exhaust under there? I figured 3" was about the most optimal.

To answer your question though, 220 sounds low for a 6spd.

Naw, its about right seeing he still have all the stock cats in the header manifold... This is why a y-pipe is so pointless for the 5.5... Its about right for the mods he has

I figured a 15% drivetrain loss would leave it at around 220whp stock.

get those precats gutted, gut the shelf out of the upper intake manifold, and dial in your mods with and air/fuel controller...240 would be your new number, at the lowest
