Hello, I have been on this forum for awhile, but I always search for info, which has been great. But this time I have to post.

Yesterday I picked up a thermostat from O'reilly Auto parts so that I could get my car done first thing this morning. Installed the first one, it would not open. Took it back and exchanged it for another one. Can't have 2 bad thermostats in a row right........wrong. The second would not open. Swapped back in the original that I pulled this morning. I can now drive my car again. So I drove my care and returned the second bad thermostat to O'reilly's and got my money back. Called the local Nissan dealer. Picking it up tomorrow and it was $5.00 cheaper than O'reilly's. Never going to do that again.
