Would it be a good buy

came across a 2002 parts car with auto trans for round a grand with 125k on the clock just wondering would that be a good buy even with me wanting to do a 6speed conversion. I have a 2000 maxima auto trans with 166k. My main question is would it be worth the time and money to get a 6speed, or just use the auto............

seems pretty good but whats wrong with the car? was any parts already parted out? u can easily make your money back if the car has good tires with the rims 200-400 the seats if leather 300-500 and you know the rest is still worth alot so if you buy it and change your mind you can still make a good chunk of money
