I noticed on the instrument cluster for 2K2 SE's that the speedometer and tachometer are white faced while the temp and fuel gauges are black. As an old 3rd generation SE owner, I don't particularly like this new look. Am I the only one?

 

No your not. I think it looks pretty retarded. No offense, i love everything else about the 2k2, but i would opt for the 00-01 se gauges.

 

Doesn't bother me a bit. In fact, I'm not sure I have even noticed.

 

I think Nissan did it this way to draw more attention to the important gauges, like the speedometer and tachometer.

 

I agree, it's kind of awkward and they could have done a better job designing it. But, I really don't notice it, so I guess it's not that big of a deal to me.
