SAFC NEO TPS problems help
just finishied up with the NEO install, but im having an issue with the TPS.
its the grey wire coming out of the neo, which is spliced into pin 83 on the ecu. the problem is im not getting a reading with the key on engine off. for some reason im only getting voltage with the engine running, same story when i checked it with the OBDII. seems odd to me, as i can hear the throttle opening and closing Key on engine off. anybody have any input? i really need some help on this one.
