02 Maxima - Possible engine leak?

I just did oil change on my 02 max (104k miles on it).....about 4300 miles ago i put in 5qts of Mobil 1 fully synthc.....and took out 2.5qts....any help to fix the issue is appreciated....hopefully there is a how-to out there...

You have a few options to prevent it from getting worse and maybe reduce it.
1. Install a new 6th gen rear (right) valve cover and gasket.
2. Gut the precats (in the header/collector) or get aftermarket headers.
3. Check the front valve cover. If caking of oil, replace the gasket.

4. Sell it

I have done all of the above listed things except I have headers. No change and still burn a couple quarters every 2,500 miles. I use full synthetic too, the best thing to do is to change to a thicker non synthetic oil. I've read that that significantly helps.

whats the best oil for an oil burner? i wanna slow down my consumption
