I want to put a set of vents or a carbon fiber hood on my 2000 se but don't want to go honda or anything like that!

 

As far as vents go, that can be done without getting a carbon fiber hood, as long as you got a good shop or people that know how to cut out the slits in the hood and fiberglass the new vents on and paint it.

I mean a carbon fiber hood for the 4th gen run over $550, so it is going to be at least that or more since there aint much of a demand for it.
