Fog Light Replacement? (H3, what color is usuable)
Legal talk aside- I've been considering 3000k for my fog lights since I bought my 2002 but I just hate that every Civic and Integra I see around here has yellow fogs so I decided to keep mine at stock color.
Going anything over 6000k is not going to solve your issue with visibility on the darker roads- in fact, it'll cause more fatigue to your eyes. Optimal color is 4300k-5000k, has more lumens than any other IIRC. Good luck on that decision

35W, H3, Color Of Choice, HID harness (relay), and mounting brackets.... $54.00

Okay, Im getting this
35w.
H3.
3000K.
Dual In/Dual Out HID Harness
Mounting Brackets - 49.00
Now with that being said, how easy is the install. Is there any drilling or anything to be done?
Basically, im getting an auto shop to do the install (good people by the way)
-I understand that this isn't too difficult of a task - but I know nothing about the wiring except the black cable is the ground cable ! lol
However, I am not one of those slow people that don't know jack squat - Is there some type of step by step guide - Or should I just let the autoshop deal with it?

The wiring harness really isn't necessary. You should be fine using the factory wiring for 35W. If you do use it then it gets a bit more complicated. Basically what is does is supply separate power for your HIDs and a relay (powered by your original fog light wiring) to turn them on and off.
The hardest part is modifying the fog light housing for the wiring. It doesn't go quite as smoothly as they show in the PDF. Our fogs are much smaller.
