cracked bumper

cracked bumper
So my sis was doing a u-turn at a dead end block and when she backed up she backed up a lil into a hydrant.. which caused a lil crack in my bumper/minor. It slightly cracked inwards and the crack is about 3 inches.. Would this be a simple fix???.. Having issues uploading a pic will get to that soon
