Whining noise from belt area

I changed my tensioner pulley and both belts but still have whining noise. Only suspect is a/c compressor clutch bearing. Uploaded video (turning a/c on and off) http://youtu.be/b9ADtLb1wgQ

I had a very similar noise last year, turned out it was a bearing that failed in the alternator. Yours seems lower pitched... maybe the power steering pump?
